SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and Fedex International. International expedited shipping will take 2-5 working days. Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.
Expected delivery date are approximately 7 to 10 working days for overseas delivery. We aim to have the parcel delivered in no time and would sometimes be affected by unexpected conditions such as shipping restrictions,

WITHIN MALAYSIA / DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT
Shipping is FREE within Malaysia for any purchase
Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via Pos Laju and DHL is 2 - 3 working days.
Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via Pos Laju and DHL is 5 - 10 working days.
Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Once your parcel arrives at its destination country, customs or import duties will be imposed, and it is the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. Regrettably, we lack authority over these fees and cannot provide precise estimates, as customs policies and import duties differ from one country to another.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Jenise Tan will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund/exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original box and packaging.
In order to protect the sole of the shoes please try shoes on a clean and carpeted surface. We regret that we are unable to accept the return of shoes that are damaged or shoes that have marks on the sole and will be returned to the purchaser.

Please note that incomplete or invalid information may result in the refusal of exchanges. Additionally, our management retains the right to decline any returns at our discretion if goods are returned damaged or used.

Postage is to be borne by you in the event of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
